Our approach involved conducting several interviews within the Hartz organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and its target market. We delved into their historical research to grasp customer needs and behaviors. As the lead for user experience and visual design, I worked closely with both the marketing and tech teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve optimal results.
